- Key pages return 200 without authentication or geo-blocking
- No interstitials that hide primary content
- XML sitemap lists canonical URLs only
Rendering
- Primary content present in server-rendered HTML
- Headings form a logical outline
- Important facts are text, not images
- Pages remain usable with scripts disabled
Structure
- Each section answers one question and stands alone

- Publication and update dates visible
