Questions

Do I need to take a course first?

No. Training is optional and separate from assessment, so that the people who teach are not the people who assess.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. The certificate is issued to you personally and stays with you if you change jobs.

Is my score published?

No. The registry shows only your name, country, certification, ID, status and dates.
