Questions
Do we have to share confidential client data?
No. You redact client reports before upload. Assessors look at method and reporting quality, not client identities.
We are a small agency. Can we apply?
Yes. The criteria scale with size; a two-person consultancy can document a repeatable workflow as well as a large agency.
Does certification bring client referrals?
Certification lists you in the directory. We do not sell leads or take referral fees.
