Transparency reporting will begin once certification activity reaches the defined reporting period. Figures will be generated from certificate and audit records, never estimated.
What will be reported
- Applications received
- Certifications issued, by programme
- Renewals and expiries
- Suspensions and revocations
- Appeals received and outcomes
- Complaints received and outcomes
- Assessor conflicts declared
Reporting period
The first report will cover the founding period and be published after it ends. Reports will then be published every 12 months.
Principles
Numbers come from system records. Small numbers are reported as they are. Nothing is published to make the programme look larger than it is.
